At the same time, participating firms have a chance to further their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to make a meaningful investment in New York City's future workforce.
What you can expect:
In collaboration with Futures and Options, employers will design a series of workshops and events that expose about 15 participating students to their industries and firms, allow them to practice professional and interpersonal skills, and offer them opportunities to network with a range of employees.
