Temporary Program Support Coordinator
Rebekah joined Futures and Options in January 2023 as a Temporary Program Support Coordinator. Rebekah's background includes a decade in the education nonprofit and city government space, supporting organizations in talent development, operations, and program management. While at the NYC DOE, Rebekah managed operations for a Chancellor's initiative and led talent management for a division of 700 employees and consultants. At Education Pioneers, a national nonprofit, she led program operations and supported talent placement across 100+ organizations and city agencies in the Northeast region.
Rebekah is proud to be a first-generation Asian American, a product of the California public school system, and a daughter of immigrants/refugees. Rebekah holds a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. She is a Certified Practitioner of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and an Affiliate Practitioner of Pacific Education Group's Courageous Conversations. She loves traveling across New York City on her bike or the MTA, going to live shows, eating, and running around Central Park.
