Sam Kahn
Sam joined Futures and Options as the Alumni Engagement Coordinator in March 2021 and now serves as the Alumni Engagement Manager. Most recently he worked as a college adviser at Channel View School for Research in Rockaway Park, Queens helping juniors and seniors with the college application and financial aid process. He originally got into education as he loved tutoring, mentoring, and supporting young people to become successful in and out of school. He also really benefited from advisers and family in his life when it came to college and career development and wants to provide that same help to other young people.
He obtained his MPA in Nonprofit Management and Public Policy from NYU and completed his undergraduate education at Northwestern University with a B.S. in Human Development and Psychological Services. When he’s not working, Sam is searching for new music in most genres, TV shows/movies and recipes to try and cook!
