Kassidi Goehner
Kassidi Goehner joined Futures and Options in January of 2022 as a Program Coordinator. Kassidi first entered the nonprofit world through the Peace Corps as a Youth Development Volunteer in Eswatini, Africa. She facilitated Life Skills courses to high school youth focusing on the development of knowledge to become effective and healthy adults. Most recently, Kassidi worked with Partners in Health in their efforts to manage and mitigate the spread of Covid-19. In this role she also worked to address healthcare inequity across the state of Massachusetts.
Kassidi graduated from Utah State University in 2017 with a B.A. in International Studies and a minor in French. After graduation, she spent a year living in France while teaching English as well as focusing on the advancement of her French fluency. The culmination of her past experiences is what has led Kassidi to Futures and Options. In seeing the lack of equity across education and healthcare, both nationally and internationally, Kassidi has become passionate about cultivating opportunities for youth to feel empowered about their futures. In her free time, you can find Kassidi reading, planning her next trip, or exploring the city.
